First and foremost, we work to establish trust. We live and breathe our core values. We understand the importance of confidentiality and we are deeply disciplined about this aspect of our work together.

Similar to most organizations we work with, we organize ourselves to meet your needs. As an example, coaching is most often a selection of one of us working directly with one of you. We believe the person in coaching ideally can choose from at least two of our New Legends coaches. In our experience, choosing your coach is a valuable part of the coaching process. Also, there are times when face-to-face coaching is just not possible. All New Legends coaches have experience with highly effective phone coaching.


Our approach to Culture by Design usually begins with a member of New Legends working closely with the client internal champion to set up and run the Denison Culture Survey. Following the survey, we offer analysis and often begin with an executive debrief. Culture initiatives are most often led by internal partners and ourselves available as culture coaches. We stand shoulder to shoulder with you. Culture is not a short-term project. It is not for the weak of heart. We will walk with you every step of the way.

In Step Up! Coaching Development, we offer programs and processes that focus on the development of individuals and teams. Depending on the size of the group and the nature of the work it may call for two or three of us being onsite and working together. Team development, culture digs, individual leadership development coaching, and trust building are all examples of what we offer for individuals and teams.


Organizational Impact deals with initiatives intended to make an organization-wide difference. Based on our own team capabilities, we organize ourselves to deliver the impact you need. Innovation tournaments, culture transformations, organization-wide leadership development, sustainability programs, and simplified strategic planning all fit into the picture here. Through our strategic partners, we can deliver programs all over the world.
